6/2/2026One-Stop Unit Swaps

When a customer needs the old unit gone and a fresh one dropped in its place, that swap used to take two separate work orders. Now it’s one.

One stop instead of two — Pickup and drop-off bundle into a single Exchange work order, so your driver makes one trip to the site, not two.

Cleaner route sheets — Two stops at the same address no longer pad the day’s run.

Billing stays clean — The fresh unit takes over the contract line so the customer’s bill keeps rolling without a blip.

6/1/2026Faster Quoting, Protected Routes

A few quiet wins today on the parts of the day that add up — more room on quick quotes, smarter defaults on trailer event bookings, and a way to lock down a route once your dispatcher has it tuned.

Bigger quick quotes — The Quick Sale wizard now fits up to 12 different unit types in a single quote, double what it held before. Mix standards, ADA, hand wash, sinks, and trailers without splitting the job into two orders.

Smarter trailer event dates — When you’re quoting a restroom trailer for an event, the wizard now picks sensible default delivery and pickup dates, so you confirm instead of starting from blank fields.

Lock a route once it’s set — Hand-built tomorrow’s route around a new account you just signed? Toggle Lock Route on, and the next auto-sync will skip it. Your dispatcher’s work stays exactly how they left it.

Three small touches that take seconds off the orders and routes you build a hundred times this month.

5/22/2026Real Route Times and Truck Miles, Even Offline

When a driver heads out at 7:15 and gets back at 4:30, those numbers shouldn't live on a clipboard in the truck. The Offline Driver Dashboard now captures route start and stop times along with vehicle miles — even when your driver has no cell signal.

✔️ Start and Stop the Route from the dashboard — Your driver taps in the time and odometer when they head out, and again when they're back at the yard.

✔️ Real miles, not estimates — Odometer readings flow into the vehicle's mileage history, so your truck records match what's on the road.

✔️ Works offline, syncs later — Times and miles save on the phone if there's no signal, then sync on the next connection.

✔️ Spot slow routes early — Compare actual route times against what you expected, and rebalance loads before they become tomorrow's problem.

5/21/2026Distance and Map, Right on the Quote

Quoting a job 35 miles out shouldn't feel the same as quoting one 5 miles down the road — but without the distance in front of you, it's easy to under-bill the long hauls. Two updates this week put location and distance right where you need them.

✔️ Distance on every quote — As you build a new order, you see the miles from your depot to the job site, so you can price delivery and fuel correctly the first time.

✔️ Quote Distance tab on the order — Open any sales order to see the calculated route, so you can revisit the math before confirming the job.

✔️ View on Map button — One click on a sales order opens a map view of the job location, so dispatchers and sales reps can confirm "yes, that's the right spot" without leaving PRO.

✔️ Catch long-haul jobs early — Spot the jobs that need a delivery surcharge before they go out the door at standard rates.

Fewer underpriced jobs, fewer "wait, where is this exactly?" delays, and cleaner pricing decisions from quote to delivery.

5/20/2026California Tax Compliance, Built In

If you rent in California — or any state that taxes rentals and services differently — PRO now splits the two automatically, so there’s no more juggling line items at billing time to keep your taxes right.

✔️ Right tax on every invoice — Your state’s rules apply to each portion, so what you bill matches what the auditor expects.

Multi-location customers can be a billing headache — different jobsites, different decision-makers, different accounts-payable contacts. Three updates this week make sure each invoice lands in the right inbox the first time.

✔️ Multiple contacts on a lead — Attach decision-makers, foremen, and accounts-payable contacts to a single CRM lead, so the right person hears from you at the right stage.

✔️ Dedicated billing contact per site — Each site location can now carry its own billing contact. Perfect for customers with separate accounts payable for different jobsites.

✔️ Auto-sent invoices follow the site — When an invoice goes out automatically, it routes to that site’s billing contact — no manual lookups, no misrouted bills.

✔️ Wider invoice copy list — Invoices now copy a broader set of relevant contacts (site billing, customer billing, follow-ups), so the right hands always have it.

Fewer “we never got the invoice” calls means faster payment and less back-and-forth.

5/12/2026A Faster Dispatching Hub

When the orders stack up and the routes fill in, your dispatcher shouldn’t be jumping between five screens. Three updates this week put the dispatch tools they need in one place.

✔️ Dispatching Launcher — One screen to start a new pickup, relocation, or drop-off, or to run mass actions across today’s and tomorrow’s routes. No more menu hunting.

✔️ Recommend a Route from a work order — Open a work order, hit Recommend Route, and pick from a ranked list of the closest routes that day. One more click assigns the stop in the right order with the right scheduled time.

✔️ Mass update and optimize with a recap — Run an update or optimize across today’s or tomorrow’s routes at once. You get a report back showing which routes changed, how many stops moved, and how much driving was saved.

✔️ On-Call orders without a contract — A new On-Call frequency for one-time jobs. Skip the recurring schedule and contract paperwork — just take the order, run the work, and bill.

Building a good route should feel like moving puzzle pieces, not editing a spreadsheet. Five updates this week make the map view of routes faster, more visual, and easier to fine-tune.

✔️ Drag-and-drop reorder — Pop out a route from the map, drag stops into the order you want, and save. No reopening forms, no fighting with sequence numbers.

✔️ Optimize selected stops — Highlight a handful of stops on the map and reorder just those — leave the rest of the route alone.

✔️ Bulk optimize routes — Select multiple static or scheduled routes in the list and optimize all of them in one click.

✔️ Today’s & Tomorrow’s Routes maps — Two new map views show exactly what’s running today and what’s being built for tomorrow, no extra filtering.

✔️ Tight time-window alert — Stops with a 4-hour or shorter window now light up red on the Work Order Details, so your dispatcher knows where the schedule pressure is.

Adding new service for an existing customer shouldn't take five minutes of clicking and re-typing what you already know. Three improvements this week make order entry quicker and put the right contacts in front of you.

✔️ One-click order from a site — A new Create Standard Sale Order button on each site location starts a fresh quote with the customer, address, and pricing already filled in. Saves time on every repeat job.

✔️ Contacts visible on every order — Sale orders now show your billing contact, on-site contact, and notification contact right on the form. Confirm the right people get the right emails before you confirm the order.

✔️ County captured on every address — Customer and site addresses now include a county field, useful for tax accuracy and regional reporting.

02/28/2025Final Pickup Wizard

Estamos encantados de anunciar el lanzamiento de nuestro Asistente de Recolección Final, una poderosa nueva función que optimiza tus procesos al finalizar contratos..

Cuando la actividad en una orden de trabajo (OT) sea "Recolección Final" y se marque como completada, el sistema automáticamente realizará las siguientes acciones cuando el CRON se ejecute (cada 3-4 horas):

Keeping drivers informed just got easier. With our new Driver Notification feature, drivers will receive an alert when changes are made to their scheduled routes — but only after they've already started their route.

🔹 How It Works:

  • Si se agrega o elimina una orden de trabajo en una ruta activa, el conductor recibirá una notificación.

Si todos los usuarios están desactivados, el sistema reactivará automáticamente al usuario con mayor nivel dentro de la empresa. .

Este usuario puede iniciar sesión y reactivar manualmente a otros usuarios según sea necesario
